Payment Schedule
25% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
25% of the payment is required 60 day(s) before arrival.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable. 100% rebooking credit towards a future stay will be provided.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. A 25% payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. The balance (50% of total) is required 30 days prior to your occupancy date. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, International Bank Transfer, Paypal, or through our online booking platform (Stripe). Downpayment are non refundable. In the event that guests have to cancel their reservation before their occupancy date, due to Covid 19 travel, flight, or government border restrictions, we will provide a 100% rebooking credit (guests contracting Covid 19 and unable to travel do not qualify for rebooking credit). The credit can be used for reservation dates up to 1 year from the originally scheduled arrival date.
